I want to challenge you! I want to challenge you with highly effective, motivating workouts! I want to help you prove to yourself that the person you are today and the fitness level you now possess is only a step in the process of the person you can become! I realize this sounds like a sales pitch for a personal training ad but it is truly not! I have an extreme passion for fitness, training, and especially creating motivating, intense, and challenging workouts. Along with the passion and drive I have, my unique experience in the fitness field sets me apart from other trainers.
I am a ISSA Certified personal trainer. I had also been the lead physical training instructor at a police academy for 19 years. For those 19 years I had been responsible for designing, conducting, and participating in workout sessions for over 2300 recruits. The end result was I had a responsibility to provide effective workout sessions on a daily basis to groups of 40 to 100 recruits. The workouts not only had to provide the recruits with total fitness training to improve power, strength, speed, coordination, endurance, and cardiovascular health, I had to keep them motivated so variety and new challenges was a must. I like to call myself a fitness architect because of this. I have brought the same fitness training philosophies to over 3000 group fitness classes in multiple health clubs. I now have even expanded my training interests further by becoming a home-based personal trainer. As a personal trainer I have been hired well over 75 times with close to 10 years personal training experience.

Helping those who strive to live healthy is what keeps me motivated! I find it extremely motivating to provide fitness training to clients that result and not only being effective by creating a desire in them to want to continue, I also want to help each and every client develop the mindset that fitness is a lifestyle and can be very rewarding!
